SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping will be calculated after we received your request with your personal information, shipping address and the product to order. We do not send to P.O Boxes.
Ojedra International, is not responsible for lost or damaged packages if the customer has not paid insurance by shipping. All items will be shipped via the most economical means, usually UPS Ground or FedEx, unless otherwise specified and arranged. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Orders received after 12:00pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Oversized pieces (those 36" or larger in any one dimension) will be shipped by TRUCK within the continental U.S. at no additional charge. The price noted on each item is your total cost (excluding any applicable sales tax).
We maintain a vast distribution network covering the United States in order to speed up delivery time to our customers. If you order two or more items, they each may not be housed at the same location. In our effort to deliver your order immediately, you may receive two or more shipments if the items come from different distribution points. If for some reason you do not want your order shipped separately, please give us a call at 248-419-4488 and inform us of your preference after you place the order. Please expect a slight delay and an additional destination charge on your shipment. Although we ship to most areas served by our carriers, we do not ship to P.O boxes or particular international locations at this moment.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected date of availability of the item. You will also have the option of canceling the order, keeping the item on back-order or selecting a similar item.
RETURN POLICY
We make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please E-mail us immediately.
All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
Returns Within 30 Days (non defective items): If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days other than it being defective, you may return it for in-house credit toward another item. The only additional charge you will incur is the shipping charge to send your replacement. (One replacement per customer per order please). This includes all items except opened VHS, DVDs, CDs and Removable Media. These items are NOT returnable unless defective and replaced with the same type of product only. In the case of an item being defective and not in stock at the time of your return, it will be replaced with a item of equal or greater value.
Returns up to 30 Days (defective items): Up to 30 days, you may return any item that has defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace the item with the same. If the original item is not in stock or is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value.
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".
Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER PLACEMENT. A 5% cancellation charge will apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
No dealers or resellers applications will be accepted or serviced due to company restrictions and shipping. Our International shipping is only for individual customers.
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. We have found these the most reliable way to ship your order and you receive it in a timely manner.
Shipping charges depend on weight, destination and merchandise total for insurance charges. To give you an idea of costs, a 2 pound package costs around US$19.00 to Canada and 26.00US$ to the UK. Please keep this in mind when you order one item with a low price point -- the shipping fees may be more than the item costs!
Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery; it usually takes 4-5 days to clear customs.
Every order shipped is triple checked before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our distributor/manufacturer with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable.
PLEASE NOTE, we will not ship to the following countries due to high fraud histories: Belarus, Columbia, Egypt, Korea, Malaysia, Nigeria, Singapore, Romania, Russia, Indonesia and Taiwan. If you insist, we still will not ship to the following areas with unreliable postal service: Latin America, South America, Africa including the Middle East, Israel, Italy, and Greece. So please, do not ask and do not attempt to place a order. You will just be wasting your time.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT / HANDLING POLICY
Payment by Credit Card only. We will only accept payment in U.S. funds via Credit Card for all International orders. Orders will be cancelled if the Credit Card is declined.
Minimum Order - $100.00. Orders submitted under $100.00 will be cancelled.
$15.00 Processing Charge. There is an International Shipping processing fee for each International order of $15.00 to cover the processing of required documentation including Customs Declaration Forms. This fee will be included in your total Shipping / Handling cost and appear on the receipt you receive with your order.
Reply Within 10 Days. After you place your order on-line, we will notify you via E-mail with shipping costs and options. All applicable shipping charges will be added to your merchandise total. You must E-Mail us back with your approval of the quoted Shipping / Handling charges within 10 days or the order will be cancelled.
International Orders Take Time To Process. Some International Orders can take up to two weeks to process and ship. Please be patient. Inquire about your order only if you have not receive your merchandise or a reply after two weeks.
All Customs Declaration Forms will be itemized with the actual purchase price value and marked as merchandise, not as Gifts. Please do not request us to ship or mark them any other way.
Free Shipping and Free Gifts do not apply to International orders.
Certain products may be heavy or oversized and require a shipping surcharge that will be added to your subtotal in addition to regular shipping charges.
International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service, U.P.S Global or FedEx. How products are shipped will depend on the type of merchandise being shipped. We will try to honor the customer's shipping preference when possible. We do not offer shipping via Surface / Sea Mail. Delivery time will vary with destination.
Additional duty, tax and VAT charges are the customer's responsibility.
We check thoroughly the payment and personal information submitted with the Banks, Credit Card Companies and Customs Departments. If there are any discrepancies found with the information submitted, the order may be cancelled without notice. Please make sure that all information submitted is accurate.
